Let the port with the spices and rosemary on low stand covered for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, take the grapes from the twigs and wash them carefully with lukewarm water.

Cut the grapes in half and put them in a large pan with the lemon juice and the jelly sugar. Stir well and let it slowly come to a boil. Let simmer for about 4 minutes.
