Mandarin marmalade
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: mandarins (clementines), lemon, jelly sugar and vanilla bean.

Tangerines and lemon brooms.

Peel wide strips of skin with peeler.

Cut bars into fine strips.

Remove foam from marmalade, remove vanilla pod.

Add the marmalade to the top in a clean pot.

Immediately close and pot for 5 minutes upside down.

Turn the pot over and allow marmalade to cool..
