Mandarin marmalade
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: mandarins (clementines), lemon, jelly sugar and vanilla bean.

Tangerines and lemon brooms.

Peel wide strips of skin with peeler.

Cut bars into fine strips.

In the saucepan, thinly salted in 5 ml of water for 5 minutes, add extra water if necessary.

Toss the mandarins, halve them horizontally and cut segments.

Remove white sheets.

In a large pan with a thick bottom, mix segments with jelly sugar.

Remove the vanilla pod and scrape out the marrow.

Add the marrow, vanilla pod and peel strips.

Bring the mixture to the boil, stir and boil for another 4 min.

As soon as it boils again.

Stir occasionally.

Remove foam from marmalade, remove vanilla pod.

Add the marmalade to the top in a clean pot.

Immediately close and pot for 5 minutes upside down.

Turn the pot over and allow marmalade to cool..
