Vegetarian vegetable skewers with falafel, peppers, onion and tomatoes

Light the barbecue.

Cut the peppers into pieces of 2 cm and cut the onions into pieces.

Baste tomato, pepper, falafel and onion on the skewers.

Mash the oil, thyme and garlic with a food processor or hand blender in 1 min. To a smooth herbal oil. Brush the skewers with half the oil.

Roast the skewers for 6 minutes on the barbecue. Times regularly.

Pour the rest of the herb oil over just before serving. Bon appétit! .
