Chestnut mushrooms with soy sauce and spring onions
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: chestnut mushrooms, spring onions ((a 3 pieces), in pieces of 5 cm), lemon juice, oil, soy sauce, basil ((a 15 g), finely chopped) and garlic.

Light the barbecue. Mix the mushrooms with the spring onion, the juice, 2 tbsp oil, the soy sauce, pepper and salt. Marinate the vegetables for at least 10 minutes. Meanwhile, press the garlic. Mix in a bowl the basil with the garlic and the rest of the oil.

Drain the mushrooms and spring onion and grill in the grill bowl in 10 minutes until golden brown and done. Change regularly. Spoon the mushrooms and spring onions with the basil oil and let the flavors set in for a few minutes. Delicious as a side dish with oriental spiced dishes or (served with a stick) as a snack.
