Directions

  1. Cut the pineapple into half rings and cut them again.
  2. Remove the outer leaf of the chicory and cut the stalk lengthwise in four. Separate the leaves and place them in a bowl.
  3. Mix the ingredients for the dressing and add 3 tablespoons of oil through it. Season with a pinch of salt.
  4. Heat a grill pan and lightly grease it with oil. Grill the pieces of pineapple and golden brown. Take them out of the pan and pour the dressing over them.
  5. Shake the corn with chicory leaves and spring onions. Put the marinated pineapple through and serve the salad in a bowl.
