Marinated ribeye
A tasty american recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, ribeye steaks, olive oil, rosemary (finely chopped), roasted pepper (jar 295 g), garlic, dried oregano and tabasco (bottle 57 ml).

Dab the ribeyes dry. Mix the oil and rosemary. Marinate the meat 30 min.

Meanwhile cut the peppers small. Mix in a small bowl with 4 tbsp oil from the pot of the peppers, the garlic and oregano. Puree with a hand blender. Season with salt and pepper. Add the tabasco. Keep covered in the refrigerator.

Rooster the ribeyes: in 4 min. Rosé, in 8 min. Well done. Turn halfway. Serve with the pepper sauce.
