Parsnip fries with rosemary
French fries made from parsnip with rosemary, garlic, olive oil and Parmesan cheese.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Peel the parsnip and cut into French fries. Spread over a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Ris the needles of the rosemary and cut finely.
