Salad of grilled vegetables with sesame dressing
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: Shanghai paksoi (halved in length), red onion (in small parts), yellow pepper (in coarse pieces), five spice powder (Chinese), wok oil (bottle of 500 ml), sesame seed, sesame oil, garlic (pressed), liquid honey and white wine vinegar.

Ingredients
- 1 Shanghai pak choi halved in length
- 1 Red onion in narrow parts
- 1 yellow bell pepper in coarse pieces
- 1 teaspoon five spice powder Chinese
- 5 tablespoons wok oil bottle of 500 ml
- 2 tablespoons Sesame seed
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic pressed
- 1 tablespoon liquid honey
- 1 tablespoon White wine vinegar
Kitchen Stuff
Directions

Cook half of the pan with plenty of boiling water for 2 minutes.

Drain in colander and then pat dry.

In a bowl, sauté chop, onion and paprika with 5 spice powder and half of wok oil.

Drizzle sesame seeds in a dry grill pan until light brown and let cool on plate.

In bowl rest of wok oil to stir dressing with sesame oil, garlic, honey and vinegar.

Mix in sesame seeds and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Turn the grill pan until it is hot.

Vegetable mix 3-4 min.

Grilling until vegetables are al dente and light colors.

Divide vegetables over two plates and sprinkle with dressing..
