Spicy avocado sauce with lime
Sauce of avocado with lime and jalapeno pepper for the barbecue.

Cut the eating ripe avocados in half. Remove the kernel and scoop out the flesh with a spoon from the peel. Put in a high cup.

Squeeze out the lime and add the juice, along with the water.

Puree with a hand blender into a smooth sauce.

Halve the jalapeño pepper, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into small pieces.

Stir the jalapeño through the avocado sauce and season to taste with salt. Spoon into a nice container.
