Basic recipe for homemade corn flour tortillas, water and salt.

Knead the corn flour, water and salt into a cohesive and supple dough. Let the dough rest for 5 minutes.

Divide the dough into a bread roll portion and put the bread in one roll in the tortilla press.

Heat 2 frying pans without oil or butter and fry the tortillas on low heat in 5 min. Until done. Turn halfway.
