Directions

  1. Grind the white beans with the garlic, peanut butter, coriander and the lemon juice in a food processor. Taste and add some extra lemon juice if necessary.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, if necessary, to make the dip a bit more creamy.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
