Gourmet dish: pit points with falafel and zucchini
Cut the little gem into thin strips.
Cut the pita bread in half and fry the pita in the gourmet pan crispy.
Put them on a plate.
Halve the falafelball and fry the halves golden brown in the gourmet pan with a little olive oil.
Divide the zucchini cubes around it, sprinkle some salt and pepper and cook for another one to two minutes.
Push open the pit points and spoon in the lettuce leaves.
Put a half falafel ball in every pit point.
Stir the mayonnaise through the zucchini and scoop the zucchini on the falafel balls.
