Soak the skewers in water for 30 minutes.

Cut each onion into 10 parts.

Place 1 part onion and 1 ball on each stick.

Sprinkle the skewers with the olive oil and sprinkle with the thyme.

Roast in 6 minutes brown and cooked. Times regularly.
