Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.
  2. Beat the butter with the sugar gently using a mixer (or in a food processor).
  3. Beat one egg at a time and at last pass the curd. Strain the flour above and mix until smooth.
  4. Put the cake molds in the muffin mold and spoon in the batter. Spoon a spoonful of jam in the middle of each cupcake.
  5. Bake the cupcakes in the oven in about 20 minutes until golden brown and done. Sprinkle them before serving with icing sugar. Serve them lukewarm with a roll of vanilla ice cream.
