Cut the crusts of the bread.

Slice the chives. Sprinkle the bread with the chives.

Cut the cucumber into thin strips and place it on the bread.

Put the bread on cling film. Roll up firmly and tighten the ends like a toffee. Place in the refrigerator until use.
