Let the dates and figs soak in hot water. Drain and grind into a sticky pasta in a food processor. Add the almonds and muesli.

Heat the apple syrup with the peanut butter to a smooth sauce. Pour this into the date / nut pasta and mix briefly.

Spread the mixture over a piece of baking paper in a layer of approx. 1.5 cm thick. Sprinkle with the pistachio nuts.

Leave to be firmly covered in the refrigerator in about 30 minutes. Cut the cake into strips.
