Directions
-
Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Mix the self-raising flour in a bowl with the caster sugar, gingerbread spices, cardamom and orange peel. Mix the butter through and knead everything quickly with cool hands into a cohesive dough.
-
Form the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Bake the spice nuts in the middle of the oven in 10-15 minutes brown and done. Let them cool completely outside the oven. Keep them for use in a closed cookie jar.
-
Heat the chocolate in the microwave for 1-2 minutes (if not everything is melted, let it stand for a moment, it melts automatically). Serve the spice nuts with a bowl of melted chocolate and a bowl of decorative candy and dip them with the convex side.
