Ingredients
Directions
-
Line the roasting pan with parchment paper.
-
Put the kitchen syrup with the sugar and water in a thick-bottomed pan and bring to the boil.
-
Let the mixture boil until it has a temperature of 120 ° C. Use the sugar thermometer for this.
-
Add the butter, whipped cream and condensed milk and bring the mixture back to the boil.
-
The mixture must again have a temperature of 120 ° C. This takes about 30 minutes. Keep stirring constantly.
-
When the correct temperature has been reached, pour the hot caramel directly into the roasting pan. Sprinkle evenly with the sea salt. Allow the caramel to cool for 6 hours.
-
Remove from the roasting pan and cut into 2 x 2 cm cubes. Yummy! .
