Peanut butter brownies
Brownies of extra pure chocolate with unsalted butter, milk, eggs, bean sugar, peanut butter and salted peanuts.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Meanwhile, chop the chocolate coarsely.

Melt together with the butter and milk in a bowl over a pan of boiling water (au bain-marie). Make sure the bowl does not touch the water.

Take it as soon as it is a smooth mixture of the fire and let it cool slightly.

Meanwhile, beat the eggs with the sugar in 5 min. Thick, white and airy with a mixer (or in the food processor).

First spread the melted chocolate and then the salt, flour and cocoa.
