Directions

  1. Put in 4 cups each a double espresso using an espresso machine or put strong espresso coffee and pour it into hot cups.
  2. In a milk frother, whisk the almond milk (soy or whole milk) into a nice firm and airy foam or heat the milk in a saucepan and whisk the milk with a (electric) milk foam froth.
  3. Spoon the milk foam on the coffee and put a cinnamon stick through the foam in the coffee.
  4. Sprinkle the chocolate over the milk foam.
