Dutch meal salad with bacon bars


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, radish, fresh chives (a 25 g), cumin cheese (75 g), carrot julienne (150 g), salad dressing yoghurt (bottle a 450 ml), lamb's lettuce (75 g), marinated bacon steaks à la minute and sandwiches (hard wholemeal balls).

Directions

  1. Clean radish and cut into slices.
  2. Grind chives.
  3. Cut cheese into small cubes.
  4. Mix in radish, carrot, cheese, chives and dressing.
  5. Spread the lamb's lettuce on 4 plates and divide the salad.
  6. Cut bacon strips into strips of approx.
  7. 2 cm in length.
  8. Fry bacon strips in a dry, hot frying pan with a non-stick coating.
  9. Release bleeding fat temporarily.
  10. Approx.
  11. Bake 8 minutes until bacon is brown and crispy.
  12. Spread warm bacon strips over salad.
  13. Add sandwiches..
