Cut the fish into pieces. Put the fish in the food processor with the pesto and finely grind.

Put the fish with pesto in a bowl and mix in the cornstarch and crouton mix. Turn soup balls with wet hands.

Bring the water to the boil with the bouillon tablets. Add the vermicelli and cook for 2 minutes.

Meanwhile, divide the cauliflower into small florets. Add together with the fish balls and soup vegetables to the stock.
