Directions

  1. Add the eggs, butter, cocoa powder and milk to the cupcake mix and mix with the mixer at the lowest setting.
  2. Then beat the batter to the highest setting for 1 minute.
  3. Divide the batter over the muffin mold. Place the mold in the middle of the preheated oven. Fry the cupcakes until done in about 20 minutes. Allow them to cool before you decorate them further.
  4. Stir together the butter and icing sugar for the butter cream. Optionally add a few drops of food coloring.
  5. Transfer the butter cream to a piping bag with a serrated mouth and decorate the cupcakes with it. Make any Easter bunnies from marzipan or fondant. Sprinkle the marzipan with a little icing sugar and roll it flat out. Stick small bunnies out with a small shape. Then decorate the cakes with Easter eggs and marzipan Easter bunnies.
