Beat the whipped cream until stiff. Put the hazelnut paste in a separate bowl and carefully spat 3 tablespoons of cream. Repeat until the whipped cream has run out.

Put the chocolate mousse in the fridge for at least 3 hours. Sprinkle with raspberries and icing sugar just before serving.
