Citrus salad with creamy vanilla yoghurt

Grate and press the lime. Peel the mandarins and cut into horizontal slices. Halve the slices.

Peel the grapefruits and oranges thick and cut the parts between the membranes.

Spoon citrus fruit with lime juice and half of the lime zest. Divide the fruit over ice cream slices.

Mix the sour cream with the vanilla yoghurt and the vanilla sugar to taste and add the fruit. Sprinkle the rest of the lime zest over it.
