Directions

  1. Remove the red pepper stalk. Halve the pepper in the length and remove the seeds. Cut the flesh into small pieces.
  2. Cut the garlic into thin slices.
  3. Heat the oil on low heat in a frying pan or wok. Add the garlic and red pepper and edamame and heat for 4 minutes.
  4. Scoop everything in a bowl. Squeeze out the lime and season the edamame with the lime juice. Remove the beans from the pod at the table before you eat them.
