Spicy balls
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, red pepper (seed strips removed), fresh ginger (peeled), minced meat (half-to-half), sweet soy sauce, garlic (finely chopped), peanuts (unsalted, coarsely chopped) and sunflower oil.

Cut the pepper into thin rings. Grate the ginger and put in a bowl with the minced meat. Add the red pepper, the soy sauce, the garlic and pepper and salt to taste. Knead well.

With balls of hands, turn balls the size of a walnut and roll them through the peanuts. Press the peanuts a little. Heat the oil and fry the balls over medium heat in 3 min. Brown. Let the balls cook for 8 minutes on low heat. Tasty with green beans in spicy coconut and white rice.
