Egg cups
A nice English recipe. The brunch contains the following ingredients: butter, Parmesan cheese (fresh, grated), eggs (2 split (protein is not used)) and nutmeg (freshly grated).

Preheat the oven to 190 ºC.

Grease the cappuccino cups or ramequins with the butter and sprinkle with the cheese so that the inside is covered.

Break 2 eggs and 1 egg yolk into each cup and sprinkle with salt, pepper and freshly grated nutmeg.

Cover each cup with aluminum foil and put them in an oven dish or roasting pan.

Carefully pour boiling water in until the water on the outside is as high as the egg on the inside.

Put in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the protein has solidified, but the yolks are still liquid.

When the eggs are good, remove the baking dish or roasting pan from the oven.

Scoop some water until you can pick up the cups with a oven glove.

Serve each egg with some grilled green asparagus, or other vegetables for dipping, or tasty toasted bread..
