Cucumber salad
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian brunch contains the following ingredients: fresh chives (20 g), cucumbers (crops), lime (pressed), mild olive oil and hard goat cheese.

Cut the sprits chives into quarters.

Halve the cucumbers in the length and scrape out the seeds with a teaspoon.

Cut the cucumber (including skin) into strips.

Stir in the lime juice with the oil, season with salt and (freshly ground) pepper and scoop through the cucumber.

Cut the goat cheese into similar strips as the cucumber and at the last time scoop them through the salad.

Tasty with grilled chicken and bread..
