Directions

  1. Cut the chives finely and chop the capers. Drain the salmon and finely chop in a bowl with a fork. Mix mayonnaise, chives, capers and some salt freshly ground pepper.
  2. Brush the rice cakes with salmon and add some beet strips. Divide basil leaves over here.
