Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Brush the almond rolls with the rest of the egg and fry in the middle of the oven for about 30 minutes until tender and golden brown.

Mix the icing sugar with 3 tablespoons of water. Sprinkle the slightly cooled rolls with this glaze.
