Chop the eggs coarsely and mix them in a bowl with the salmon pieces and herbs.

Beat the mayonnaise with the sour cream and season with a few drops of lemon juice, pepper and some salt. Carefully pour this through the egg mixture.

Spoon the egg salad into a clean dish and leave to taste covered in the refrigerator.
