Cocktail of tiger prawns with whiskey
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, raw peeled tiger prawns (frozen, 500 g), celery (very finely cut), lamb's lettuce (a 15 g), rocket lettuce (30 g), olive oil, whiskey (liquorice), mustard and dried tarragon .

Thaw the tiger shrimp according to the instructions. Put the celery in the bowl, pour boiling water on it and let it drain after 1 min. Of celery in colander. Remove any carrots from lamb's lettuce, rucola cracks. Cut celery with lamb's lettuce and rocket. Dressing beating 5 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp whiskey, mustard, tarragon and salt and pepper to taste.

Thaw shrimps well dry. In frying pan in the rest of oil shrimp on medium heat, bake once in a while. Drizzle the rest of whiskey over the shrimp and let it evaporate on high heat. Beat up whiskey dressing and create lettuce. Spread lettuce over six large wine glasses. Put shrimp on it. Possibly garnish with green of celery.
