Remove the cores and kernels from the nectarine, the tomato and the apple and cut the flesh into thin slices.

Cut 1 loaf of roll mozzarella into thin slices. Put all the slices on and on a large plate.

Pour a little bit of olive oil over it and sprinkle with pepper and finely chopped mint leaves.
