Roast the white sandwich light brown, spread with cream cheese and cut diagonally.

Fill 1 triangle with ham, cut it again diagonally and spread these little triangles with a strip of sundried tomato, a slice of cucumber and a leaf of rocket.

Also cut the other big triangle one more time.

Place these small triangles with the cream cheese down on the triangles with ham.

Stack the mini sandwiches together and put a nice stick through it.
