A tasty Spanish recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: green pepper, salad onion (6 pieces), cucumbers, garlic (peeled), white wine vinegar and olive oil.

Directions

  1. Remove the seeds from the peppers and cut the flesh into pieces.
  2. Remove the bottom of the onions and cut into pieces.
  3. Cut the cucumbers into pieces.
  4. Put all the vegetables in a blender or high cup.
  5. Add the garlic, white wine vinegar, olive oil and salt.
  6. Grind in the blender or with a hand mixer to an even soup.
  7. Put in the fridge for at least 30 minutes and serve cold..
