Melt the chocolate au bain-marie and stir in 2/3 of the flakes and nuts.

Scoop the strawberries gently through them.

Put this mixture on a piece of baking paper and press slightly.

Sprinkle with the rest of the flakes and nuts and leave to cool for at least 1 hour until the chocolate is hard. You can also do this the night before.

Break the energy bars into nice pieces and serve them in a homemade bag.
