Energyballs with cinnamon and honey from ella mills
Snack of cashews, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, dates, honey, almond paste and cinnamon.

Put the cashews, pumpkin seeds and the chia seeds in the food processor and mix for 30 seconds. until the nuts and seeds are crumbled, but not yet as fine as flour.

Add the dates, honey, almond paste and cinnamon and mix into a sticky mass.

Spoon 2 tsp of the mix in your hand and roll a ball. Do this with the rest.

Allow the balls to harden in the freezer in 1 hour and then store them in the refrigerator.
