Grind the prunes 1 min. In the food processor until a ball is created.

Spoon into a bowl and add the nuts / seeds breakfast cereals, flaxseed oil, ground cinnamon and cranberries.

Knead into a coherent whole and form a rectangle of 18 x 10 cm.

Cut 6 strips, roll through the sesame seeds and wrap in baking paper. Let stiffen in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
