Directions

  1. Beat the egg in a bowl. Spoon the self-raising flour into the mug and add vanilla sugar and granulated sugar. Stir well with a fork. Add half of the egg with milk and oil and mix everything with the small whisk or fork into a smooth batter. There should no longer be any lumps. Push in the blue berries.
  2. Put the mug on a plate in the microwave, set the microwave to 750 Watt and 1½ minute and wait until the cake is ready.
  3. In the meantime, cut the marshmallow into pieces. Remove the plate with the mug from the microwave. Divide the pieces of marshmallow directly over the hot cake in the mug, then they melt slightly. Allow the cake to cool for at least 5 minutes until lukewarm. Sprinkle the top of the cake with icing sugar and put the Christmas chocolate in the middle.
