Put the cashews, pumpkin seeds and the chia seeds in the food processor and mix for 30 seconds. until they are crumbled.

Squeeze out the lime. Add the dates, the lime juice and the ginger powder to the food processor and mix everything into a sticky mass.

Always make 2 tsp of the mix in your hand and roll a ball.

Allow the balls to harden in the freezer in 1 hour and then store them covered in the refrigerator.
