Bacon cheese pancakes on a stick


Nice snack for children: fresh pancakes with bacon and syrup rolled up on a stick.

Directions

  1. Mix with a whisk the pancake mix with the eggs and milk to a smooth batter. Halve the slices of cheese.
  2. Heat a frying pan and fry the bacon in portions until crispy. Remove from the pan and drain on kitchen paper. Wipe the pan with kitchen paper.
  3. Heat the sunflower oil in the frying pan and drip 1/8 of the batter.
  4. Place 2 slices of bacon on the batter and turn the pancake over when the bottom is brown. Bake the other side brown and turn over again.
  5. Put half a slice of cheese on it, reduce the heat and let it melt for about 1 min. Remove the pancake from the pan and roll it up as tight and neat as possible.
  6. Repeat with the rest of the oil, batter, bacon and cheese. Cut off the messy sides.
  7. Cut all rolled pancakes into 6 pieces and baste 3 pieces on a tapas stick. Drizzle with the syrup.
