300 gram dark chocolate
300 gram milk chocolate
60 gram butter
150 gram white almonds for the marzipan

Minimarshmallows for the garnish
Sprinkles, pastry decoration for the garnish

Directions

Melt the chocolate au bain-marie for the letters and let cool slightly. Beat the butter creamy and mix the lukewarm melted chocolate in parts until you have a smooth mixture.
Fill the piping bag with this and spray 2 letters of choice on the baking paper, preferably on a cold baking tray. Decorate the letters when they are still soft with the marzipan and other decoration.
Let the letters dry well, they stay a little creamy when you eat them. Nice to share.
