Directions

  1. Keep 4 beautiful mint leaves separately. Puree the rest of the fresh mint with the avocado, spinach, lime juice, coconut water and half of the apple in a blender.
  2. Add the frozen pineapple and banana and blend into a smooth whole. Pour the smoothie into bowls and decorate the smoothie bowls with the remaining apple, kiwi and fresh mint in nice straight lines. Serve the green breakfast smoothie directly.
