Cut the cardamom with the peppercorns in a mortar.

Add the ginger and cinnamon and pour in the loose black tea.

Bring 500 ml of water to a boil and let the tea mixture drip for about 3 minutes (or longer for stronger tea).

Heat the (soy) milk and beat it frothy. Pour the tea through a sieve into mugs and add the foamed (soy) milk.

Add honey to taste.
