Piperade (stewed vegetables with egg and raw ham)
A tasty French recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: meat, onion, red pepper, green pepper, red pepper, roma tomatoes, Serrano ham (or other raw ham), oil, garlic, salt and freshly ground pepper and eggs (M).

Peel and chop onions. Peppers wash, clean and cut into pieces. Season pepper, halve in length and remove seeds. Cut pepper into small pieces. Immerse tomatoes, immerse them in boiling water and dab with a knife. Halve tomatoes and cut flesh into cubes. Cut the ham into strips.

Heat oil in a large frying pan. Onion, gently bake for about 5 minutes without letting it color. Add pepper and pepper pieces and stir in for about 3 minutes. Peel the garlic and press it over and for approx. 1 minute. Add tomatoes and salt and pepper to taste. Stir gently for about 25 minutes until almost all of the moisture has evaporated. Stir regularly. Meanwhile, beat eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper. Strange ham and eggs through vegetable puree. Allow eggs to be allowed to solidify on a low heat to a smooth mixture. Piperade serve immediately. Tasty bread with thick slices of bread.
