Heat the sunflower oil in a (frying) pan to 190ºC.

Form with 2 spoons small bread rolls of the batter.

Fry the bread rolls in 2-3 minutes around golden brown.

Scoop the oil balls out of the oil with a slotted spoon and drain on kitchen paper.

Sprinkle with icing sugar.
