Directions

  1. Heat the grill to the highest setting.
  2. Put the peppers whole under the hot grill and grill around 10-15 minutes until the skin begins to blaze.
  3. Take the peppers out of the oven and let rest for about 10 minutes in a sealed plastic bag.
  4. Then remove the skin, the stem set and seed lists.
  5. Cut the flesh into narrow strips.
  6. Brush the bars with herb cream cheese and roll up.
  7. Place the rolls in 2 rows side by side on a scale.
