Fresh soup of passata di pomodoro. stir-fry vegetables, mixed seafood and lemon.

Bring the water to the boil with the bouillon tablet.

Add the passata and bring back to the boil.

Add the stir-fry vegetable, bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes on low heat.

Add the seafood, bring back to the boil and heat for 3 minutes on low heat.

Clean the lemon. Grate the yellow skin of the lemon and cut the fruit into segments. Mix the grater through the soup.

Spoon the soup into the bowls and serve with the lemon wedges next to it to squeeze out the soup above the soup.
