Fast pilav with grilled curry tuna steak
Pilav with white tuna, Mexican stir-fry vegetables and chickpeas.

Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the tomato puree and paprika 1 min. Add the stir fry mix and stir fry 5 min.

Add the rice, chickpeas, garden peas and warm water and stir-fry for another 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Meanwhile, mix the oil with the curry powder, pepper and salt. Brush the tuna steaks with it.

Heat the grill pan without oil or butter and grill the steaks for 3 minutes. Turn halfway.

Chop the cashew nuts coarsely and sprinkle over the pilav. Serve with the tuna steaks.
